What happens next
Stays in TuroReports
Your cars stay in your fleet. Past trips and toll reports stay as they are.
Goes away until you reconnect
The device list and the Sync vehicles button on the OneStep page.
Your OneStep service isn't affected
Disconnecting doesn't change your OneStep account, devices or app. To cancel OneStep service itself, contact OneStep GPS.
Reconnect or switch accounts
- Connect again. Follow both steps in Connect OneStep GPS. Your devices link back to the same cars in your fleet.
- Use a different OneStep account. Disconnect, then sign out of OneStep at track.onestepgps.com in the same browser. Connect again and sign in with the other account. A TuroReports account connects one OneStep account at a time, so the new one replaces the old one and its devices.
