Your Bouncie service isn't affected
Disconnecting doesn't change your Bouncie account, devices or app. To cancel Bouncie service itself, contact Bouncie.
Reconnect, add cars or switch accounts
- Add a car you added to Bouncie later. Bouncie only shares the cars ticked when you connected. Disconnect, then click Connect Bouncie again. On Bouncie's screen, tick every car you want tracked, including the new one. Back in TuroReports, click Sync vehicles. Your other cars stay linked.
- Connect again. Follow the steps in Connect Bouncie. Your cars link back to the same cars in your fleet when you sync.
- Use a different Bouncie account. Disconnect, then sign out of Bouncie at app.bouncie.com in the same browser. Connect again and sign in with the other account. Signing out first stops the old account from being used by mistake.
