Bouncie guide
Connect Bouncie to TuroReports
Link your Bouncie account and choose which cars to share. TuroReports then receives each car's trips automatically. Setup takes a few minutes.
Before you start
Done by the account owner
The TuroReports account owner must connect Bouncie. Team members don't see the option.
Your Bouncie sign-in
The email and password for the Bouncie account your cars are on.
Installed devices
Your Bouncie devices are plugged in and your cars appear in the Bouncie app.
A VIN for each car
TuroReports recognizes each car by its VIN, so every car in Bouncie needs one.

Sign in to Bouncie
TuroReports takes you to Bouncie's own page. If Bouncie asks, sign in with the Bouncie account your cars are on. TuroReports never sees your Bouncie password. - 4
Tick every car, then approve
Bouncie lists your vehicles with a checkbox next to each one. Tick every car you want TuroReports to track, then approve. TuroReports only receives the cars you tick here. - 5
Sync your vehicles
Bouncie sends you back to the Bouncie page in TuroReports, which shows “Bouncie connected successfully! Sync your vehicles below to enable GPS toll calculation.” Click Sync vehicles. TuroReports links each Bouncie car to the same car in your fleet, and adds any car it doesn't have yet.Disconnect

Add the Turo listing ID for new cars
If the sync added cars, TuroReports asks for each one's Turo Listing ID. It's the number at the end of the listing's web address, turo.com/vehicles/… Bouncie doesn't share license plates, so add the plate too if you like. Then click Save.
You're connected when
After you connect
- Trips start from today. TuroReports receives trips driven from the moment you connect. Earlier trips aren't brought in.
- Cars you add to Bouncie later need a reconnect. Bouncie only shares the cars you ticked. To add one, disconnect and connect again, and tick it.
- Updates come while driving. Bouncie reports a car's location and mileage during trips. A parked car keeps its last location and "Last seen" date until it's driven again.
- Bouncie works as before. Connecting doesn't change your Bouncie account, your devices or the Bouncie app.
