Zubie guide

Connect Zubie to TuroReports

Link your Zubie account once and TuroReports receives your cars' trips automatically. Setup takes a few minutes.

Before you start

  • Done by the account owner

The TuroReports account owner must connect Zubie. Team members don't see the option.

  • Your Zubie sign-in

The email and password for the Zubie account your cars are on.

  • Installed devices

Your Zubie devices are installed and your cars appear in the Zubie app or at app.zubie.com.

  • A VIN for each car

TuroReports recognizes each car by its VIN, so every car in Zubie needs one.

Connect Zubie

  1. 1

    Open Settings in TuroReports

Go to www.turoreports.com/rental-hub/settings (opens in a new tab) and sign in if asked. The Connections tab opens first. It lists Turo, Zubie and your other connections. The account owner must do these steps.

  3. 3

    Sign in to Zubie

TuroReports takes you to Zubie's own sign-in page. Sign in with the Zubie account your cars are on. TuroReports never sees your Zubie password.
  4. 4

    Approve access

Approve the access TuroReports asks for. It is read-only: TuroReports can view your vehicles, trips and locations, and can't change anything in your Zubie account.
  5. 5

    Check the confirmation

Zubie sends you back to TuroReports, which shows “Zubie account connected successfully.”
  6. 6

    Sync your vehicles

Go back to SettingsConnectionsZubie and click Sync vehicles. TuroReports links each Zubie car to the same car in your fleet, and adds any car it doesn't have yet.

    Add any missing details

If TuroReports asks for a car's Turo listing ID or license plate, fill it in. That's how the car's trips line up with its Turo reservations.

You're connected when

The Zubie page shows a green Connected badge, your cars are listed under Connected vehicles, and the page shows “Connected since” with the date you connected.

After you connect

  • Trips start from today. TuroReports receives trips driven from the moment you connect. Earlier trips aren't brought in.
  • New cars link on their own. Add a car to Zubie later and TuroReports links it within a day. Click Sync vehicles to link it right away.
  • Zubie works as before. Connecting doesn't change your Zubie account, your devices or the Zubie app.
