Getting Started
From access to your first report in four simple steps.
1. Get access and sync your Turo account
Get started, book your 15-minute setup call, and once your account is live, sync your Turo account. From that moment on TuroReports keeps your fleet data current for you, so there is nothing to keep up to date by hand. Your vehicles show up automatically, ready to organize.
2. Organize your vehicles, expenses, and revenue splits
Give each vehicle a home in your garage and start logging expenses: one-off costs, recurring items, and maintenance. If you share revenue with owners or partners, set their revenue split so everyone gets paid correctly. If every car is your own, you can skip splits entirely and keep clean books just for yourself.
3. Generate and send reports
Turn your data into reports. Run fleet performance reports for your own books to see how each vehicle is really doing, or produce branded statements for the owners and partners you report to. Generate one at a time, or run a whole batch at once so a busy month is a few minutes of review instead of a long night.
4. Optional: turn on Rental Hub
When you are ready to automate operations, switch on Rental Hub. It recovers tolls with automatic invoicing, tracks maintenance schedules, and gives you an AI co-pilot that watches your fleet, prepares schedules, builds reports on demand, and flags late returns and mileage overages before you would catch them yourself.
